The American Cancer Society is proud to recognize Dr. William Schlabach, Medical Oncologist and Hematologist with Tennessee Oncology, as one of Chattanooga’s most respected leaders in cancer care. For more than 35 years, Dr. Schlabach has provided exceptional care to patients throughout our community, dedicating his career to the treatment of breast, gastrointestinal, and hematologic cancers.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Schlabach has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing cancer care through both clinical excellence and innovative research. His expertise in treating complex conditions, including Paget disease of the breast, follicular lymphoma, and colorectal cancer, has impacted countless patients and families. In addition, he has contributed to and participated in numerous clinical trials focused on HR+/HER2- early breast cancer, advanced melanoma, metastatic prostate cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and other groundbreaking areas of oncology research.
